    ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 ( STUDI KASUS PADA GURU SMP N 2 GROGOL KABUPATEN KEDIRI )

    Abstract The research that the researcher took was related to job satisfaction, job stress, and teacher performance at SMPN 2 Grogol. This study aims to determine and explain about job satisfaction, job stress on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Grogol, Kediri Regency. Quantitative Descriptive is the method that researchers use. A number of teachers at SMPN 2 Grogol as objects that the researchers took. The data processing that the researcher uses includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing through t-test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The results obtained are that there is a positive and relevant influence on job satisfaction on teacher performance as indicated by a sig value of 0.008 <0.05, and work stress has a positive influence on teacher performance as indicated by a sig value of 0.037 <0.05.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Teacher Performance Abstaksi Penelitian yang peneliti ambil terkait dengan kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, serta kinerja guru di SMPN 2 Grogol. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan tentang kepuasan kerja, stress kerja terhadap kinerja guru di lingkungan SMPN 2 Grogol Kabupaten Kediri. Deskriptif Kuantitatif merupakan metode yang peneliti gunakan. Beberapa guru di SMPN 2 Grogol sebagai objek yang peneliti ambil. Pengolahan data yang peneliti gunakan antara lain yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis melalui uji t, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu adanya pengaruh positif dan relevan tentang kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan nilai sig 0,008<0,05, serta stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru ditunjukkan nilai sig 0,037 < 0,05.     Blood services through the UDD (Blood Donation Unit) PMI have been felt by the community so far. In this case the UDD PMI of Kediri City which consists of 20 employees is ready to help the community in the Kediri City in particular. Blood distribution is supported by employee performance where ERG motivation (Existence, Relatedness, Growth) is the variable that determines the performance of UDD PMI of Kediri City employees. This study employs the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen the effect of the ERG motivation variable (Existence, Relatedness, Growth) on employee performance. Variables of existence needs influence employee performance, sig values 0,000 <0,05. Variable of social relations needs do not affect employee performance, sig value is 0.458> 0.05. Variable of growth needs affect employee performance, sig value 0.015 <0.05

    Kualitas pelayanan  terhadap kepuasan calon tenaga kerja Indonesia pada PT. Tri Ganda Swajaya Kediri dilihat dari hal-hal  berikut yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), keandalan (reability), daya tanggap (responsiviness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (emphaty).Dari kelima variabel tersebut hanya ada satu variabel yaitu variabel X2 (Reability) yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan calon tenaga kerja Indonesia yang ada di perusahaan tersebut. Sedangkan keempat variabel yang lain seperti bukti fisik (tangibles), daya tanggap (responsiviness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (emphaty) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner kepada para calon tenaga kerja.Hasil tersebut berdasarkan pada  uji t ( parsial ) serta uji F ( simultan ) yang dilakukan dengan dibantu software SPSS.     Pemerintah Kota Kediri khususnya Kelurahan Sukorame harus memiliki komitmen lebih dalam penguatan kapasitas dan kemandirian desa, melalui pemberdayaan lembaga kemasyarakatan sebagai mitra Kelurahan Sukorame dalam tugas dan fungsi pemberdayaan masyarakat, membangun basis sosial ekonomi di tingkat lokal dan menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Berkembangnya partisipasi dan kegotongroyongan dalam pembangunan sangat ditentukan oleh fungsi dan peran kemitraan lembaga kemasyarakatan desa dan kelurahan. Melemahnya peran dan fungsi lembaga kemasyarakatan saat ini, berakibat tersumbatnya saluran aspirasi masyarakat, terjadinya konflik sosial, budaya maupun memudarnya adat-istiadat, kedepan diperlukan program/kegiatan yang mampu mendorong/menstimulasi untuk menguatkan kembali kemandirian masyarakat dan kelurahan. Bentuk kegiatan penataan dan pemberdayaan lembaga kemasyarakatan diharapkan dapat memulihkan situasi sinergis hubungan pemerintah kelurahan dengan masyarakat dalam pelayanan pemerintahan, pelaksanaan pembangunan maupun pemberdayaan masyarakat.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Asha Graha. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah pengalaman kerja (X1), kompetensi (X2), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Lokasi penelitian di CV. Asha Graha. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan literatur. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dangan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program software SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasar pengujian yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, terbukti variabel pengalaman kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) CV. Asha Graha. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 15.147 dengan sig. 0,000 menunjukan bahwa uji t pad variabel pengalaman kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai signifikan variabel X1 sebesar 0,002< 0,05 sedangkan untuk variabel X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai (R2) adalah 0,654. Artinya variabel pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 65,4%.Kata kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawa

    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 65 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran data skala likert dengan teknik analisa uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,006 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai signifikan probabilitas  Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang menyatakan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri dimana hasil uji F didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05).Kata kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas KerjaAbstractThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables of Occupational Safety and Health and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri. The research method used is quantitative with saturated sampling technique. Research data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents. This study uses a Likert scale data measurement with classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the occupational safety and health variables showed a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.006 < 0.05, which states that the occupational safety and health variables have a partial effect on employee work productivity. The work discipline variable shows a significant value of the probability of Sig. < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, which states that the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously, occupational safety and health and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity at CV Pahala Sentosa Kediri where the F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < (0.05).Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Work Discipline and Work Productivit

    This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment and work conflict on turnover intention at CV Sumber Anyem Mangunrejo Kediri. This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test and the coefficient of determination. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample with consideration of all employees of CV Sumber Anyem Mangunrejo Kediri, amounting to 30 people based on the results of research conducted. The results of this study use the SPSS 22.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially work commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention with a significant value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 which means H1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. (2) partially work conflict has no significant effect on turnover intention with a significant value of 0.325 &lt;0.05, which means H2 is rejected and Ho2 is accepted.     The selection of a marketing strategy is one of the important things that must be done by a business agent to maintain the sustainability of a business in a fierce business competition environment. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has lasted from 2020 until now, had a significant impact on the sustainability of business type. Coffee on the bus Yogya, one of the business agents that get the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, endemic is trying to survive and maintain the business. Coffee on the bus offers a new concept of enjoying coffee while enjoying the view of the city of Yogyakarta through a predetermined time and several routes. This marketing strategy was chosen as one of the business strategies to keep running the business activities. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of descriptive qualitative research is to know, describe, and reveal the conditions related to the marketing strategy that has been done by the company. The data collection method used is an interview, observation, and documents related to the research. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, they are reduction, display, and verification/drawing conclusion. The results show that Coffee on the bus Yogyakarta in running its business uses marketing strategies related to the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process.
